Reading the Bible

For a great post on reading the Bible, check out my friend Justin's Blog. He talk about how he is reading it, and how we don't always read it the way it was intented to be read.

We so often try to disect the Bible to understand it (chapters, verses, word studies, paragraphing, etc), but we forget that in order to disect something you have to kill it first. I want to read the bible as the living words of God, and not kill it in the process.
