Falsely Accused
The last couple chapters in acts I have been reading, Paul has been falsely accused. The Jews were mad at him, so they made up stuff they could not prove. Kind of like they did against Jesus.
I think being falsely accused is something that comes when you are truly a follower of Jesus. Some people may not understand what you are doing, for others it may threaten their way of life (even in the church), some people may just end up hating you.
This is why it is so important to live a blameless life, so that when people go after you (as they did Paul in Acts 25-26) none of the charges stick.
I guess any time you really believe deeply in something, have conviction, and act on it, it is going to make someone mad. But what is life without passion?

I am trying hard not to live in my flesh when I experience this kind of accusation...I am trying to turn my frustration/anger/pain into recognition of my identity in Christ....oh, but its so hard...
All I can say is Amen! Your post is an encouragement to me.
