God's Story is Bigger Than Our Story
Just recently a person that our church helped to get into a rehab program for alcohol, had a major set back. Today I found out what apartment he is in and thought I would just walk across the street and visit him.
It turns out that the apartment number they told me was the wrong one, and that in addition this man just went into a new program so he was no longer living there.
BUT, to my shock the person who opened the door when I was looking for this man was Kimberly!!!!! (No connection at all to this guy I was looking for).
For those of you who do not know who I am talking about you can catch up by clicking on these links of previous posts.

Update on Kimberly 2
My only connection with Kimberly was for a couple of days back in March in a very difficult season of her life, and I haven't had any communication with her since.
Until today when God has me standing at her door looking for someone else. She opened the door and said, "I know you." She just moved into the apartment I think a couple days ago. I helped her move a couch in and was able to come in and talk to her for a while, give her a bible, and they are planning on coming to our church this Sunday!!! I prayed a blessing on their lives, and left.
Following Jesus is an exciting adventure where you never know what story God is weaving together behind the scene. You just live the part you are handed each day!

I guess this puts new light on "I stand at the door and knock" or "Ask...Seek...Knock..."
It is cool that Jesus was knocking on a door and allowed you to tag along and both be a blessing and be blessed.
So awesome!
