Outreach
Tonight was a night of outreach. We split the team up into two groups, and headed off to two different locations. One team to a young church plant, and the other a ministry sight for a YWAM missionary couple. We put on a dinner for the community at both sights.
I was at the YWAM location. It was an awesome night. After dinner the our guys played basketball with the Honduran guys. We took a half time and Brad Butcher shared the gospel, and several guys prayed to receive Christ. We connected the guys with the local missionaries for follow up but need to be praying for them, and they would continue to connect with the missionaries.
While that was going on, in the house the gospel was being shared by the missionary and a couple of Honduran mother´s gave their hearts to Jesus and were prayed for. This was exciting as the missionaries have been working with the ladies, and we got to see some of the fruit of their labors.
Amy Neilson also got to have a great talk with a young lady for quite a while one on one, and she gave her heart to the Lord in tears tonight as well. It was an amazing night.
I have yet to hear about the other teams location.
Tomorrow we begin the pastor´s conference. Please stand with us in prayer for that. Pray that this would be a huge weekend for the pastor´s and their families. We get the sense that there are a lot of things that God wants to do in their lives and hearts, and we want to be used by Him to accomplish God´s purpose.
The team remains healthy and in good spirits. We are anxious to start the conference tomorrow.
Thank you for the continued prayers.

Thanks for keeping us updated so well! Prayers are with you all for the conference, women's outreach, and youth outreach. How exciting to hear how God is reaching people even before you get a good start! It has to be a huge encouragement for the expat missionaries too.
We learned at church today that Jon's grandma died--I'm so sorry. It's so hard to be away from loved ones when the crises of life occur. Also heard that Jon and Brad are sick--am praying that those others on the team will fill the gaps and discover their hidden gifts and talents, and that Jon and Brad will have peace of mind and recover quickly.
